Working on a business

This program is not about exploring possibilities. By the end of FUEL, you have something live, usable, and ready to generate revenue.

What you leave with

  • A clearly positioned offer people understand
  • A simple MVP (page, booking link, or offer document)
  • First outreach and feedback from outside your circle
  • A 30-day execution plan you can realistically maintain

What you avoid

  • Overbuilding before validation
  • Endless research and “planning”
  • Trying every channel at once
  • Feeling alone while building
You don’t leave “in progress.” You leave in motion - with a business you can continue building immediately.
Planning desk

FUEL follows a fixed 3-week structure. Each week has one focus, one live session, and non-negotiable outputs.

  • Week 1 - MVP & First Signals
Turn your existing idea into a clear offer and a simple MVP people can react to.
  • Week 2 - Structure, Positioning & Foundations
Make your business understandable and build a simple operational backbone.
  • Week 3 - Money, Tools & Next 30 Days
Set up simple money tracking, a time-saving tool stack, and a realistic action plan.

Entry requirement: FUEL is for women who already have a business idea and defined offer. If you don’t, complete the Business & Offer Lab first.

This is live Zoom delivery - not a self-paced course. You attend in real time with the cohort.

About

The Garage: a workshop, not a podium

The Garage was born from a simple observation: most business education assumes unlimited time, energy, and confidence - things most working women don’t have on a Tuesday night.

Instead of shouting “hustle harder”, we build calm, structured rooms that fit around jobs, families and real life. No guru energy. Just tools, standards, and accountability.

Mission

Give working women a practical, step-by-step way to build and grow a business without burning out or disappearing into endless theory.

Vision

A world where women are supported, paid, and taken seriously as builders - not exceptions.

Goals

Help each cohort move from “I should start something” to “I’m running a real, revenue-ready business” - then improve the system with every round.
